Deraja is a bridge to Germany.

We are a non-profit organization registered in Germany. Our mission is to prepare candidates for vocational training and employment in Germany.

Applications for the cohort of 2025 will be open until 9 June 2024.

Our goals:

Selection of suitable and motivated candidates.
Good preparation and integration of trainees.
Low administrative burden on employers.
Fair financing of costs.
Retention of qualified workers after training.
Social and development impact in Kenya.
